Tell the world who you are. Who are you? What do you/does your business do? Why do you do it? This section should tell us that passionate reason for why you’re in business. If you sell a product, why that one and not something else? If you offer a service, tell us why you chose to go into that field.
This section should give us all the details that we need to know for your customers or clients to get a hold of you. We will build a contact form for people to fill out and post a phone number if that’s what you’d like listed. This would also be the spot to let customers know of your physical store location(s) or office(s) if that is applicable.
A call to action is the main section of the website. This is where you want to engage with your audience and get them excited. Write something engaging, a slogan or company motto is a great start. Choose something that will captivate, inspire, excite your customers or clients or who ever you’re trying to reach and end with an offer they can’t refuse.
Pretend for a moment that you are a company that sells home gym equipment. An example of a call to action could be something like this:
“Tired of feeling tired? Sick of being sick? Don’t let another day pass you by feeling crummy. Take you health to the next level. Try risk free for 60 days!”
This type of language works because it addresses a problem a lot of people are having, it offers a solution to that problem and offers a money back option if they don’t like it. It removes any doubt people would have and will assist closing a deal. They’re already on your website so there is inherent interest there, we just need to help them over the line.
Of course, we are here to help every step of the way. If you are having a hard time coming up with something or want our input, we are more than happy to do so.
Any photos, videos, graphics, art work, logos or brand materials is what we need for this section.
If you have a branding package with your company logo, typefaces (fonts), colours, watermarks etc. please be sure to include it as well as a brand manual if your logo came with one.
If you do not have a logo or branding and want one created, please contact us immediately as branding is completed before a website is started. We offer a complete brand design package that is discounted when purchased with a website.
Please note, if you do not have a branding package done or company logo and do not wish to have one created, you will be required to let us know what colours you would like used throughout the site and a word mark will be created with a font of your choosing.
Not too sure what branding is or why it’s important? Read our blog post about it HERE.
This section is for general information. Include any and all info that you want to convey to your customers or clients.
If you are selling products on or off your website, please include product images (if not already included with design materials), price lists, sku numbers, product sizes, shipping information and prices etc. in this section as well if applicable.
